With Xbox making major headlines last week with their Series X announcements, Playstation has one-upped the console wars by announcing their Playstation 5 will be available staring November 12th.
They also announced that opera-orders for the console will begin September 17th.
The console will retail at $500 fo the standard console and $400 for the digital-only version. Considering the hype around the announcement, retailers are likely to begin fielding pre-orders even earlier than the usual 'right at Midnight' timeframe.
