P.O.D. Set Dates for 'I Got That' 2024 North American Tour

- By Ramon Gonzales

The trek will include a mammoth roster of support with sets from Bad Wolves, Norma Jean, and Blind Channel.

Hard rock veterans and radio staples P.O.D. recently confirmed the arrival of their landmark 11th full length studio album, Veritas, set for May 3rd via Mascot Records. Having already delivered emphatic previews with the Randy Blythe-assisted "Drop", the Tatiana Shmayluk bolstered "Afraid to Die" and the anthemic, "I Won't Bow Down", the excitement surrounding the record and the band continues to surge.

Riding the momentum propelling P.O.D., the band has announced plans to tour North America for a spring run that coincides with the arrival of such a pivotal studio release - their first since 2018's, Circles. The 'I Got That' Tour is set to kick off April 26th in Phoenix, AZ and will include festival appearances at both Welcome to Rockville in Daytona Beach, FL and a stop at So What?! Music Fest in Dallas, TX.

Set to join the important tour for P.O.D. is a diverse roster of hard rock lifers ranging from radio mainstays, international sensations and crafty veterans. Bad Wolves, Norma Jean and Blind Channel are all confirmed to join the 'I Got That' Tour.

"With all of the love and amazing energy surrounding our new album VERITAS, we couldn't be more excited about hitting the road again and seeing your beautiful faces," said P.O.D. frontman Sonny Sandoval. "This album is so special to us and we can't wait to play these new powerful songs and sing out loud with you until the whole world recognizes we're all in this together!"

Guitarist Marcos Curiel also added, "We consider ourselves very fortunate to be back out on the road again here in the states. It's an honor for us to perform for you all. It's been way too long. We are extremely excited for the new album and the touring cycle that comes with it. We can't wait to see everyone jamming and singing along with us. This is why we do what we do! To reconnect with longtime friends and fans. And to make new ones. Let’s do this."
