Adidas is continuing their focus on Star Wars saga to close out 2020. Following the success of releases like The Boba Fett Top Ten Hi, The Luke Skywalker Stan Smith, and the Darth Vader Superstar, the brand is devoting the year to creative silhouettes celebrating the 40th anniversary of The Empire Strikes Back.
Now, the brand is embracing the latest incarnation of the universe with their Mandalorian collection. Set to drop November 4th, the offering highlights important moments from season 1 of the streaming series with designs that are inspired from everything to the Mandalorian's armor to the Baby Yoda himself.
Top Ten The Child
The classic Top Ten design embraces the colorway and image of the Baby Yoda in what is likely to be one of the most sought after shoes of the collection. The suede upper and canvas heel collar are subtle, stylish nods to the Yoda motif and the image of The Child on the tongue seals the deal.
The Child Superstar
Another staples from Adidas, the Superstar is celebrating 50 years in existence and The Child edition is sure to become a collector's item. Adorned with imagery of the Baby Yoda, the shoe has "The Child, 50th anniversary" printed in Aurebesh.
Gazelle Darksaber
The Darksaber Gazelle takes its inspirational cues from the one of a kind black-bladed lightsaber. The signature three-stripe design glows as a tip of the hat to the legendary weapon.
ZX 2K Boost Mudhorn
While the green and brown colorway serve well in tapping into the design elements of the formative creatures from the series, the real selling point with this entry is the sockliner that depicts the pivotal scene from the series.

From the all over print to the accents of silver throughout the design, the NMD showcases the durability of The Mandalorian with a tasteful inclusion of his armor in the shoe. Again, the sockliners for both versions showcases elements from the series that makes these shoes especially cool.
