Capping off what has been an especially active 2020, Greg Puciato not only played an integral part of one of metal's best albums of the year with Killer Be Killed's Reluctant Hero, but he also released his own solo effort in Child Soldier: Creator of God.
Working with Federal Prisoner collaborator Jesse Draxler, the duo began work on a streaming broadcast that would showcase tracks from the solo album but evolved into something much more.
The complete sensory offering of rousing performances, artistically abstract segments, interviews and musical interludes paired visual art with the frontman's inflammatory soundtrack making for a performance that transcended the typical soundstage concert event. Fuck Content functioned like a film with Puciato's performance at the core.
The project became so ambitious that Puciato ended up with new tracks as a result. "You, Staring at Me, Staring at You," "Don't Wanna Deal," "Crazy All Around," "Lying at the Bottom of the Sky" and "Absence as a Presence" serve as a sort of supplemental release to the album, making Fuck Content yet another showcase of deliverables from Puciato on the year.
Fuck Content is currently available via Bandcamp - HERE. Watch the video from Fuck Content of Puciato's powerful performance of "Evacuation" from his Child Soldier: Creator of God solo album.
