The first glimpse of the Fallout video game television series has surfaced. The first production from the partnership between Kilter Films and Amazon Studios is a collaborative project in association with Bethesda Game Studios and Bethesda Softworks.
Show creators Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy will helm the adaption for television. The duo are most recently known for their work as the creators and executive producers of the HBO series, Westworld. The show in it's short run has already earned some 43 Emmy nominations. The possible parallels make the duo the perfect fit for Fallout's transition from the gaming world to the small screen.
In terms of plot line, the series will follow the game's post-apocalyptic dystopia caused by the move to nuclear energy. The possibilities are equally exciting and endless.
