Streaming specialists Gimme Metal continue their run of focused programming with a special broadcast of the rock documentary, Who The F**k Is That Guy: The Fabulous Journey of Michael Alago.
Directed by Drew Stone and produced by Michael Alex, the film details the story of a young, gay 19-year old that was at the heart of a rock renaissance of New York as the famed talent buyer for New York City's famed venue, The Ritz.
Earning a stellar reputation for booking some of the era's most important shows and ushering in an burgeoning scene of exciting new artistry, Alago would then go onto become one if the music's industry's youngest executives. At just 24 years old, Alago would hit pay dirt and discover Metallica. Alago would go onto work with a broad spectrum of artists ranging from Nina Simone to Rob Zombie, sealing his legacy as a professional that merged expertise and passion to unearth some of the culture's best and most most enduring artists.
Who The F**k Is That Guy? The Fabulous Journey Of Michael Alago begins streaming at 2pm PT / 5pm ET. Alago himself along with director Drew Stone will be in the Live Chat fielding questions from fans while the feature unfolds.
