Metalcore mainstays Of Mice & Men have announced an exclusive partnership with the digital streaming platform, Twitch, that will see the band broadcast multiple days weekly to their continuously growing base of fans.
"We're so happy to get the opportunity to stream exclusively on Twitch," explained guitarist Phil Manansala. "Over the last year, I've been streaming and got to be a part of an amazing community I had no idea existed but am happy that I discovered. Twitch is the streaming service that cares about each community and gives power to the streamer, and we couldn't be more excited to be involved."
Evolving from a productive pivot as a result of the pandemic, Of Mice & Men established their digital footprint via Twitch as a means of remaining engaged with their existing fanbase. In the subsequent months, the band has become a growing presence among the impassioned online community and has seen their reach grow exponentially in the process. During that time, the band also wrote, recorded, and released the first of two EPs in a planned trilogy in both Timeless and Bloom - both of which hav earned widespread critical acclaim.
Starting July 1, Of Mice & Men will stream live at 11am PT/2pm ET. Broadcast days during the week will include, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Creating a space for fans to interact directly with the band, the audience will have access to watch as OM&M work on new music in real time. The cutting-edge model will also grant fans the ability to engage in Q+As with the band and discuss all things OM&M among a community of passionate followers.
