With speculation swirling, 311 and Dirty Heads have finally confirmed their co-headlining tour of North American set for this summer. The So Glad You Made It run will feature top billing from 311 and Dirty Heads - each sharing the stage for one of the season's most anticipated events.
For 311, the announcement arrives as the band are still basking in the afterglow of their record-setting 311 Day Festivities in Las Vegas last month. Taking over the Park MGM, the band delivered two unique, marathon sets with sold out shows at Dolby Live and showcased a special collaboration with Vegas pillars, The Blue Man Group.
As for Dirty Heads, the tour will offer fans the chance to experience the band's highly anticipated ninth album, 7 Seas, set to land June 12th as the band begin their new chapter via Better Noise Music. The album was recently introduced with the reveal of the feel-good single, "One of Those Days" which frames the band's amalgam of reggae, rock and hip hop with all the sunny, Southern California style points that have made the band so beloved.
The So Glad You Made it co-headlining tour is set to begin July 11th in Shakopee, MN with stops in Chicago, Toronto, Denver and a play at the new Long Beach Amphitheater in Long Beach, CA before the tour wraps August 22nd in Austin, TX. Confirmed as support on the run, Ocean Alley and Atmosphere will take on select dates of the run, with ROME set to serve as special guest for the length of the run.
Tickets for the So Glad You Made It tour are set to go on sale March 27th at 10am local time. Ahead of the general on sale, 311 and Dirty Heads fan club pre-sales are due to begin March 24th with various pre-sales launching throughout the week.
