Further establishing the mammoth success of the band's surprise album release of Big Ole Album Vol. 1 earlier this year, A Day to Remember have unveiled a new music video for the top 20 single, "All My Friends".
Directed by Ryan Blewett, the clip frames a rowdy, raucous night at a dive bar with loud music, heavy drinking and crowd surfing that culminates with a guest appearance from WWE's Seth Rollins with a flame thrower at the hip. The video's finale caps a wild night and fiery performance from the band.
Earlier this year, the band surprised fans with the spontaneous drop of Big Ole Album Vol. 1 - the first part of an ambitious double album effort. Opting to go unconventional with the rollout, rather than deliver the digital release first with the physical version to follow, fans were able order the album first and get it within a week - with the digital version landing later.
The move made the band's arrival at Knotfest Australia especially raucous, with fans clamoring to experience the new music live.
Among the personnel at the helm of the project, A Day to Remember linked with Drew Fulk (Knocked Loose, Lil Wayne), Zakk Cervini (Bring Me The Horizon, Blink-182) and their own Jeremy McKinnon to oversee the completion of the album. Among the contributors featured on the record, ADTR enlisted Linkin Park drummer Colin Brittain, Cody Quistad of Wage War and multi-talent Will Putney of Fit For An Autopsy and Better Lovers for submissions on the final product.
Trekking in support of the new album, A Day to Remember is set to begin a massive North American fall trek - the Maximum Fun Tour. Co-billed with pop punk fixtures Yellowcard, the Maximum Fun tour touts an impressively diverse supporting roster with State Champs, The Wonder Years, Boundaries and Dinosaur Pile-Up all slated to take on select dates of the amphitheater/arena-sized run.
