Earlier this spring, A Perfect Circle marked their impactful return with the delivery of "Starless," the project's first offering of new music since the 2018 LP, Eat the Elephant. Back with a second single, Billy Howerdel and James Maynard Keenan assert melodic range and masterful songwriting with their latest slow burning showcase, "To Whom It May Concern".
The Howerdel-produced track features a mesmerizing vocal performance from Keenan, along with drums from none other than Josh Freese. Howerdel shared his enthusiasm in releasing the follow-up to "Starless" as the initial single continues to tally strong charting position. “It’s exciting to finally get some new music out into the world, and seeing ‘Starless’ reach #1 at rock radio this week has made it even sweeter! The outpouring of support is so very much appreciated. ‘To Whom It May Concern’ is next up! More to come.”
Along with the release of "To Whom It May Concern," A Perfect Circle have set a length spring headlining run for 2027. The tour kicks off April 13th in Vancouver and will feature Puscifer as the direct support for all of the Canadian dates, as well as the band's stop in Detroit, MI. From there, The Cult will team up with A Perfect Circle for the remaining U.S. dates.
The latest announcement adds to A Perfect Circle's busy touring itinerary. They along with Puscifer will trek across Latin America, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan this fall, closing out their highly anticipated 2026 tour with a December finale in Hawaii.
