To commemorate the final ever performance of Ozzy Osbourne and his historic Back to the Beginning farewell event earlier this month in his home of Birmingham, adidas has again shown their heavy music DNA with the launch of an especially rare silhouette. 

Only 121 of the Birmingham Ozzy Osbournes are in existence, made specifically to honor the "biggest icon in heavy music". The design was designed for Ozzy to gift his family and friends that built a star-studded ensemble cast for his legendary farewell performance and reunion of the original Black Sabbath line-up.

Each pair is individually numbered and features the signature Sabbath black and purple colorway, along with the bat iconography long associated with the Prince of Darkness - along with the definitive Ozzy Osbourne logo. In addition, the show pays homage to Birmingham, the birthplace of heavy music with gold embossing on the side of the shoe.
