As metal veterans Arch Enemy prepare to deliver their 12th full length studio album in March, the band have delivered yet another impressive preview from Blood Dynasty with "Paper Tiger". Indulging a healthy bit of power metal, guitarist Michael Amott showcases some impressive chops, with the kind of sonic muscle that makes for a standout track. Combined with Alissa White-Gluz's commanding vocals, the single is another example of the band's continued progression and prowess.
"Paper Tiger" is the latest in a succession of singles that have been part of the rollout for Blood Dynasty. The single follows the acclaim of the scorching introduction, "Dream Stealer" as well as the powerful "Liars & Thieves" and the album's mammoth title track.
Arch Enemy's Michael Amott commented on the newest track, “With Blood Dynasty almost here, we thought we’d sneak in another single for you! 'Paper Tiger’ is a personal favourite—these riffs are so much fun to play. The accompanying video was shot on a German airfield last summer with our visionary friend Mumpi. Turn it up and let it roar!”
En route to the March 28th release of their highly-anticipated twelfth full length studio album, Blood Dynasty, the Swedish OGs have confirmed additional dates to their extensive 2025 slate.
Arch Enemy will head the North American Blood Dynasty Tour starting April 14th in San Diego and concluding May 16th in Atlanta. The trek will also include a handful of Canadian dates. The tour will also include a pair of highly-touted festival appearances with performances scheduled for Sonic Temple and Welcome to Rockville.
The tour will also showcases selections from the band's new album, Blood Dynasty, giving North American fans their very first opportunity to experience the songs live. Bolstering the tour, Arch Enemy has recruited an outstanding supporting roster with Fit For An Autopsy, BAEST and Thrown Into Exile all joining the caravan.
