Ahead of the arrival of Architects latest full length, The Sky, The Earth & All Between, the band continues their succession of impactful single previews with arguably their best showing yet.
Following a precession of dynamic tracks including “Blackhole,” “Whiplash,” “Curse,” “Seeing Red” and the emotive "Everything Ends," the UK powerhouse assert their brand of explosiveness, enlisting skyrocketing firebrand House of Protection for an electric collaboration. "Brain Dead" is an all-action barnburner of a track from start to finish, combining Architects massive sound with the high intensity spark of Stephen Harrison and Aric Improta.
A clinic of precision riffs, Goliath percussion and a breakdown that detonates, "Brain Dead" scores as the kind of collaboration where the artists involved really compliment one another in a special way. Combined with a new music video that takes cues from the guerilla-style skate videos of the 90s heyday, the clip features Sam Carter along with Harrison and Improta mixing it up on the streets of Los Angeles.
The arrival of the band's 11th record follows a fruitful year that saw Architects submit highlight showings at keystone festivals including Louder Than Life, Aftershock, Mayhem, Download and a headlining showing at Bloodstock Festival. Architects will begin their 2025 live slate with a run of headlining dates in Europe with support from Brutus and Guilt Trip next month. Additionally, the band will be out supporting Linkin Park on select dates of the From Zero World Tour in 2025. Get tickets - HERE
