Still soaring from the band's highlight set at Download Festival last week, As Everything Unfolds has announced plans to tour in support of their acclaimed third full length, Did You Ask To Be Set Free? with a run of UK headlining dates to start out 2027.
The album arrived earlier this spring via Century Media and was hailed for its progressive songwriting and it's emotional depth. The album also bears the cathartic weight of navigating real life tragedy, as the band endured the loss of drummer Jamie Gowers during the writing process.
Vocalist Charlie Rolfe previously shared of the significance of the album, “This is the hardest record we will ever have to do, how can we flip it into something we’re proud of, and give it the longevity and legacy it deserves?”
As for the band's live dates, the Did You Ask To Be Set Free tour is due to begin February 5th in Manchester and extend 11-dates across the UK before closing out in London on February 19th.
Rolfe added, "We’re incredibly proud to be stepping into this new chapter with DID YOU ASK TO BE SET FREE?, an album where we really pushed ourselves to explore themes of identity, inner conflict, and what it means to truly break free and take control of your own narrative. It’s our most honest and ambitious work to date, and bringing these songs to life on stage feels more important than ever. This tour also marks our first UK headline run in three years, making it even more special for us as we’ve missed that direct connection with our fans. We can’t wait to return with a show that feels bigger, more emotional, and more immersive, carrying those messages of self-discovery and liberation into every room we play. This is us at our most open, most driven, and we genuinely can’t wait to share it.”
The tour announcement adds to the band's existing slate including a tour across Europe and select festival plays that extend through the end of 2026. To see a complete list of dates and cities, as well as purchase tickets, visit the band online - HERE
