Just ahead of this year's Fox Day festivities, BABYMETAL confirmed the release of the METAL FORTH (DELUXE EDITION) via Capitol Records on June 26, 2026. The expanded edition will feature a zoetrope design, with ten icons from the record brought to life in motion. Along with the original tracklisting, the deluxe edition features three live tracks as well as two remixes - of which one of the most anticipated is the Major Lazer take on “from me to u (feat. Poppy).”
Marking the first release from the deluxe edition of the groundbreaking METAL FORTH album, the highly danceable reimagining of the track combines the vocal union of BABYMETAL and Poppy with an electro-dancehall pulse from Major Lazer (Diplo, Walshy Fire, Ape Drums) that completely repurposes the standout single. In line with the beyond metal ethos of the album, this is BABYMETAL unlike you have ever heard them before.
Paired with the arrival of METAL FORTH (Deluxe Edition), BABYMETAL will embark on The Biggest BABYMETAL Tour Ever across North and Latin America later this year. Taking on amphitheaters and arenas, Halestorm have been tapped as special guest support along with an opening set from Violent Vira across all North American dates.
BABYMETAL will begin the live campaign August 30th as special guests for MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE at Petco Park in San Diego, CA. From there, the band begins their headlining dates on September 2nd in Denver, CO. Along with festival appearances at both Louder Than Life as well as Aftershock this fall in Sacramento, the band will then take on Latin America to close their touring year.
