Ohio rock music powerhouse BEARTOOTH are currently out as an anchor on the Summer Of Loud tour with Killswitch Engage, I Prevail and Parkway Drive. The mamoth summer tour adds to already banner year for the band - one that started an important career first back in January.
Taking over The Schottenstein Center in Columbus, Ohio for an epic hometown set on January 18th of this year, BEARTOOTH delivered one of the most important sets of their career - one that marked their headlining arena debut. Armed with a arsenal of pyrotechnics and over-the-top production, BEARTOOTH proved triumphant with a show that punctuated the success of their 2023 full length, The Surface.
Frontman and band architect Caleb Shomo reflected on the significance of the set. "Without a doubt, this was the most surreal and out-of-body show of my entire life. It felt good to go home and let it all go with our friends and families at our sides. This album is meant to place you right at front of house to experience this magical night from the best-sounding position in the venue. Enjoy the rock and enjoy the love."
To commemorate the monumental set, BEARTOOTH have announced the release of I Was A...LIVE! in various formats - both physical and digital. Currently, fans can watch the entire 90-minute spectacle via the band's Youtube channel - as directed by Ray Duker. In addition to the complete audio now available via preferred DSPs, BEARTOOTH is also releasing I Was A...LIVE! as three sets of limited-edition double LPs.
