Aligning with award-winning cinematographer and filmmaker Michael Ragen, Denver's symphonic black metal force Stormkeep have submitted a brilliant, cinematic glimpse into the universe of their sophomore release, The Nocturnes Of Iswylm.

The epic visual for the single "The Black Dragons Of Iswylm," bridges the mythology of the band and it's individual members within the world of Elda. The album builds upon the lore established with Tales Of Othertime, while asserting it's own distinction of black metal mastery complete with immersive narrative, veteran musicality and meticulous craftsmanship throughout.

Enlisting Michael Ragen to pull back the curtain on the record with "The Black Dragons Of Iswylm," the award-winning filmmaker and cinematographer earned acclaim for his 20-minute short film The Stargate for Blood Incantation - serving as director, cinematographer and editor. Ragen's extensive resume also boasts work on Guillermo del Toro's Cabinet Of Curiosities: The Viewing.

The Nocturnes Of Iswylm, was produced by Stormkeep along with Michael Zech and a final master session from none other than Arthur Rizk. Leveling up the band's sonic assault from their 2021 LP, the album's songwriting strength and compositional complexity make for an immersive experience that is as destructive as it is detailed. Expanding on the saga of The Seer, Stormkeep deliver on the pageantry and power of black metal with a sophomore release that is among the year's best.

The Nocturnes Of Iswylm, is now available via Vesperian GmbH/Metal Blade Records. Order the release - HERE
