Bleed From Within Announce New Album, 'Zenith'

Check the commanding new single, "In Place Of Your Halo" as the band prepare to support Slipknot on the final leg of the Here Comes the Pain 25th Anniversary tour.

Following the recent confirmation of their extensive Zenith Tour spanning Europe and the UK next year, Bleed From Within have confirmed what fans had hoped - the arrival of a new album. Zenith serves as the hotly-anticipated follow up to the band's lauded 2022 LP, Shrine, and is due out April 4th via Nuclear Blast Records. 

Thus far, Bleed From Within have previewed their next chapter with the release of the introductory "Hands of Sin" - a walloping first showing aided by a special guest feature from Josh Middleton. Now, the band have reemphasized their modern era of aggression with the second single from the pending album with the debut of "In Place of Your Halo". Combining modern metallic heft with the band's expert execution, the track also asserts their Scottish lineage with the subtle use of bagpipes during the epic refrain. 

 

 

The band spoke of the latest single, "In Place Of Your Halo marks the beginning of the next chapter for Bleed From Within. It is an anthem for those that feel like life has passed them by, or those that have been held back by their own limitations. We are killing the older version of ourselves in order to grow. This develops our resilience, a topic that underpins this band's journey and most of what we shout about. We've not had it easy, but neither has anyone else. This song is for all of us."

Further sharing their insight on the new album, Bleed From Within tied together the the recent track as an introduction to the theme of the album, "Through this growth, we come closer to our potential, our Zenith - the title of our 7th studio album. This is a body of work that we are so immensely proud of and look forward to sharing more of over the coming months. We couldn't think of a more fitting introduction to our next steps as a band than a breakdown with some bagpipes over it. Plenty more new music to follow. Enjoy."

The single also serves as a powerful precursor to the band's upcoming European arena run this winter, serving as special guest support to Slipknot on the final leg of the Here Comes the Pain 25th Anniversary trek. Additionally, Bleed From Within are due to support Bullet For My Valentine and Trivium on the Poisoned Ascendency North American Tour all before returning to Europe for the start of their headlining Zenith Tour with After the Burial and Great American Ghost.
