The annual summer tradition in the Lollapalooza Festival has unveiled their gargantuan 2024 line-up and the assembly of artists is staggering. Set for August 1st through the 4th at Chicago's Grant Park, Lollapalooza 2024 will feature the likes of SZA, Tyler, The Creator, blink-182, The Killers, Future X Metro Boomin, Hozier, Stray Kids, Melanie Martinez and Skrillex making his return to the festival for the first time in over a decade.
Among the 170 bands stretching across eight stages and four full days, standouts include heavy hitters like Deftones as well as Grammy award-winning Killer Mike, Pierce the Veil, In this Moment, Kevin Abstract, Vince Staples, Kenny Beats, TV Girl, Teezo Touchdown and more.
Additionally, the fest will showcase a strong aggregate of skyrocketing talent with strong prospects like Militarie Gun, Destroy Boys, Fleshwater, Eyedress, Slow Pulp, BigXThaPlug, Cults and plenty more.
The announcement of the festival follows the recent 2024 premiere at Sundance Film Festival of LOLLA; THE STORY OF LOLLAPALOOZA. The film frames how a Jane’s Addiction farewell tour evolved into a cultural sea change, impacting the culture of music festivals even in the modern era.
The three-part docuseries features first-hand accounts from Lollapalooza founder and Jane’s Addiction frontman Perry Farrell and will premiere on Paramount+ later this year.
