Coinciding with Dia De Los Deftones weekend in San Diego, Deftones has officially teamed with workwear authority Dickies for a limited merch capsule that has long been in the making. Among the most bootlegged images merging the band's name with iconic brand logo, the union is now getting a proper release via a special pop-up merch event at Petco Park.
Adding to the acclaim of what has been a career year for Deftones and their AOTY contender, Private Music, the band is set to headline the sixth edition of their annual curated festival, Dia De Los Deftones. Set for November 1st at Petco Park in San Diego, the fest will again feature a diverse roster with a headlining set from Deftones at the top.
Set to perform at the sold out event, Clipse will showcase selections from their lauded L, Let God Sort Them Out. 2Hollis and Rico Nasty also earn prominent billing with a line-up that leans heavily into hip hip - an integral part of the identity of the festival from the very beginning,
Deafheaven have been confirmed on the bill, performing in support of their standout Roadrunner Records release, Lonely People With Power LP. Pooling an international roster of artists, Regional Mexican star Regulo Caro is also featured on the bill along with skyrocketing Australian prospect, Ecca Vandal, Texas nu-gazers Glare and UK math rock outliers University rounding out the bill.
