On the latest episode of the Apple Music podcast Rocket Hour with host Elton John, the rock music icon welcomed Turnstile's Brendan Yates for a discussion about the band's whirlwind year and the continued accolades of their album of the year submission, NEVER ENOUGH.
Among the important takeaways from the chat, John gushed about the quality of the album, telling Yates it is an album he could be proud of. In addition to getting the ultimate cosign from Elton John in calling Turnstile's music "fucking amazing" the rock music pillar also referred to Turnstile's collaboration with Hayley Williams and Blood Orange in "SEEIN' STARS" as one of his top 20 songs of the year.
John would also go on to confide to Yates that he still has a five-CD carousel and that NEVER ENOUGH is in constant rotation. The full episode is now available via Apple Music. Check the preview clip below.
