Fit For A King Drop Brute New Track, "Blood Pact"

- By Ramon Gonzales -->

The band begin their supporting trek with Motionless In White and Lorna Shore next month.

Metalcore forerunners Fit For A King continue to ratchet up anticipation of their next move following their 2025 LP, Lonely God, with a brawny new standalone single, "Blood Pact."

The dark, destructive track touts a powerhouse performance from frontman Ryan Kirby and reasserts FFAK as one of the genre's most consistent, commanding units. The track also points to the band's next chapter via Solid State Records.

"'Blood Pact' is a song that, unfortunately, has become more relevant as time goes on," explains Kirby. "It's about how the decisions of people in power affect the rest of us. And how as a human race, we face the reality of destruction, even when it's not the majority making the decision."

The latest single from FFAK lands as the band prepare to ride out on their summer tour supporting Motionless In White on the first leg of the Sweat and Blood North American tour. The run features additional support from Lorna Shore and Static Dress, making for one of the most dynamic heavy music bills of the season.

The tour July 14th in Bridgeport, CT and concludes the first leg on August 15th in Sterling Heights, MI. A current list of confirmed dates and cities can be found below. Tickets are available - HERE
