Jersey aggressors Fit For An Autopsy have issued a dominant return with the delivery of a scorching standalone single, "It Comes For You." The track marks the first offering of new music since the band's acclaimed 2024 full length, The Nothing That Is. 

Working at Graphic Nature Studios with the band's own Will Putney handling production of the release, "It Comes For You" asserts the band's unrelenting strength - defined by technical prowess and pummeling metallic fury. A result of the current climate the world finds itself in, the loaded track tackles the terrifying reality of government control and finds life imitating art. 

Putney shared, "An aggressive offering from our camp felt like an appropriate response to the current climate of class disparity and political overreach. Sometimes I feel like we’re beating a dead horse over here but it’s important to consistently remind the listener to remain intolerant of such authoritarian rule.  Believe it or not, but one day, it comes for you."

"It Comes For You" arrives as Fit For An Autopsy prepare for their return to European soil for an important supporting run on the Killswitch Engage EU/UK tour. The comprehensive stretch spans two legs, beginning late September and extending through November. From there, Fit For An Autopsy will also be among the featured artists performing at Knotfest Mexico in early December. 

Beginning 2026 proper, Fit For An Autopsy have confirmed their return to Australia with news of an early 2026 headlining tour down under. The 7-date run will include support from Bodysnatcher, Volatile Ways and Pain Body with stops in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and more.  Tickets for the band's Australia tour go on sale September 11th.
