Exactly one year after the celebrated release of their Blue Grape Music full length debut with Poetry From Pain, groove heavy hardcore unit Gridiron have return with a sneak attack in the form of a surprise EP, Lights Out.
Arriving with no rollout, no teaser campaign, the four track presentation marks the first offering of new music since last year's LP and features two brand new tracks, along with a pair of remixes, one of which boasts the prowess of Jami Morgan and Shade of NOWHERE2RUN.
Along with the surprise release, Gridiron has also launched a new music video for the title track, directed by Dan Centrone.
Gridiron frontman Matthew Karll offers some insight to what the title track relays and the hostility that reads between the lines "'Lights Out' is a track about revenge, a track about counting your chickens before they hatch. A song about going out and getting back what's yours."
Lights Out, the new EP from Gridiron, is now available via Blue Grape Music. See the cover atr and tracklist below. Get the EP - HERE
