Ice Nine Kills Announce Support for 'The Silver Scream-A-Thon'

- By Ramon Gonzales -->

The Word Alive, The Funeral Portrait, Hail the Sun and TX2 are among the bands confirmed for the special two-night takeovers.

Horrorcore trailblazers Ice Nine Kills set fans into a frenzy late last year whe they confirmed arguably their most ambitious headlining tour to date with The Silver Scream-A-Thon U.S. run. Coinciding with the band's supporting dates on Metallica's M72 World Tour Stadium run, Ice Nine Kills are set to host two-night engagements across the country with each night featuring a special, dedicated performance.

Night one in every city will see the band perform of the album that started it all for INK, The Silver Scream. Night two will feature a performance in full of the acclaimed follow-up The Silver Scream 2: Welcome To Horrorwood. Both nights will also include a comprehensive collection of deep cuts and fan favorites - spanning the band's celebrated catalog.

Adding to the magnitude of the special sets planned for each city, INK has enlisted two different supporting rosters for each night of the tour. For night one of each stop, The Word Alive, The Funeral Portrait and Melrose Avenue will join the festivities. Night two will feature supporting sets from Hail the Sun, TX2 and Dark Divine.

The Silver Scream-A-Thon Tour kicks of April 30th and May 1st with two nights in Raleigh, NC. The run concludes June 11th & 12th with two nights in Myrtle Beach, SC before INK reconvenes with Metallica for stops in Santa Clara, CA at Levi's Stadium and Denver, CO for a play at Empower Field at Mile High.
