The film also pieces together testimonial interviews from the band members along with brilliantly shot live footage to look back at the band’s most recent European tour – a run that concluded with a special hometown set in Gothenburg, Sweden making for a compelling victory lap for the genre mainstays.

In addition to the band’s extensive run of festival dates amid a succession of headlining dates, In Flames also participated in the global expansion of the Knotfest banner – delivering highlight sets at Knotfest Japan and Knotfest Australia.

The documentary arrives as the band close out festival season and prepare for an extensive North American tour later this year supporting the mighty Meshuggah. Also featured on the run, veteran death metal practitioners Whitechapel. The tour begins late November and marks Meshuggah’s first shows on Canadian soil in more than five years.
