Proceeding ahead following last year's departure of vocalist Jason Evans, UK death metal horde Ingested unveiled their newest iteration. The configuration headed by original members Lyn Jeffs and Sean Hynes welcomed Josh Davies on vocals, Andrew Virrueta on guitars and Thomas O’Malley on bass. 

Introducing the reconstructed version of Ingested, the band shared their first offering of new music in the standalone track "Altar of Flesh". The combination of punishment and precision that have been the hallmark of Ingested remained in tact as the band asserted that even with significant change, their sound remained as intense as ever. 

Following the success of the reconstructed band's live unveiling earlier this year as a featured guest on Aborted's Terrifying North America Tour, Ingested announced their way back to the region for a headlining stretch in the 2025 EvisceraTOUR. Along with special guests Ov Sulfur and CELL, the run is set to begin November 6th in Fresno, CA and span some 25-dates before circling back to the west coast where the tour ends in Pomona, CA on December 6th. 

While the initial announcement hinted that more was to come, the bill has officially been confirmed with the latest addition of deathcore standouts Distant and Crucifiction rounding out the brutal bill. Drummer Lyn Jeffs shared, "Bringing Distant and Crucifiction on board rounds out a lineup we're genuinely excited about. Alongside Ov Sulfur and Cell, this tour represents some of the most crushing and forward-thinking heavy bands out there right now. We can't wait to get back out to North America and deliver these shows."
