Earlier this fall, pioneering thrash metal guitarist Kerry King announced plans to trek across North America next year in support of his solo full length debut, From Hell I Rise. The run is due to begin next month with support from  party thrash vets Municipal Waste serving as direct support with Maori trio Alien Weaponry opening each night of the 28-date stretch. 

Now, King along with drummer Paul Bostaph, bassist Kyle Sanders of HELLYEAH, guitarist Phil Demmel of Machine Head and vocalist Mark Osegueda of the mighty Death Angel have added to their live slate for 2025 with a trek through Europe and the United Kingdom during festival season. 

King has confirmed a run of headlining dates along with festival appearances at at Brutal Assault in the Czech Republic and Dynamo Festival in the Netherlands to list just a few. King has set 8 additional dates, seven of which are headlining plays spanning from Germany, Switzerland, Romania and two UK destinations in Bristol and Manchester. Additionally, Kerry King has been confirmed as the opener for Gojira for the band's August 19th Tauron Arena show in Krakow, Poland.

Speaking previously of his take on getting back to regular touring, King confided, King shared of the news, “Getting back on the road for the first time in five years wasn’t exactly like riding a bike, that’s for sure."

King added, “I’ve never had that much time off, but the first tours with my new band – in the UK and Europe, and then in America with Lamb of God and Mastodon - were all total blasts. We’ll be headlining on this next tour, so we’re playing a longer set than we did with Lamb of God and Mastodon.  We've got a little bit of a learning curve, so will start rehearsing the first week of November. And we might put an extra Slayer song into the set and learn a cover song or two.”
