In support of their well-received eight full length studio album, Norwegian progressive metal collective Leprous have announced plans to trek North America on their live campaign for Melodies of Atonement. The band will be showcasing selections from the acclaimed album via InsideOutMusic on what is the spring stretch of the run and the second installment of the titular trek.
In addition to highlighting new music from Melodies of Atonement, Leprous will be marking a special milestone while out on the tour. Coinciding with the 10th anniversary of the band's seminal fourth full length, The Congregation, Leprous has designated a select few cities on the Melodies of Atonement tour for special performances of the 2015 album in full.
Among the stops that will host the special album Congregation album plays, Leprous has targeted Boulder, Los Angeles, Chicago, Montreal and Boston as the lucky cities for these celebratory events.
The North American leg of the Melodies of Atonement Tour begins April 10th in St. Petersburg, FL and draws to a close May 13th in Carrboro, NC. Finnish prog standouts Wheel have been confirmed to play support for the entirety of the tour.
