Living Weapons Announces Debut Full Length, 'Death In the Family'

The project fronted by Vein.FM's Jonathan Lhaubouet delivers a bleak brutality on the introductory single, "The Leaving Process"

Massachusetts metallic hardcore unit Living Weapon will unload their debut full length, Death In the Family August 14th via Closed Casket Activities. The project, fronted by Vein.FM's Jonathan Lhaubouet, was recorded and produced by Vein.FM cohort, Jeremy Martin. 

The arrival of Death In the Family follows Living Weapon's 2021 introduction with the well-received EP, Paradise. The current line-up of the unit consists of Justin Legere on bass along with Anthony DiDio of Fleshwater and Vein.fm) and Josian Soto-Ramos also of Fleshwater. 

 

Submitting a powerful initial glimpse from the LP, "The Leaving Process" is a walloping 2 and a half minutes of hostility. Underscoring the album's themes of human connection and its eventual collapse, the track is heavy in both style and substance, offering an indication of what's yet to come
