Just last week, Sheffield's heavy hitters in Malevolence announced their next the arrival of their next full length campaign, confirming their new studio album, Where Only the Truth is Spoken. The band's fourth full length presentation arrives June 20th via MLVLTD in partnership with Nuclear Blast Records.

The project was produced by Josh Wilbur and offers testament to the band' continued evolution - crafting pummeling tracks that bridge hardcore lineage with metallic execution.

The band shared of the announcement, "'Where Only the Truth Is Spoken’ is a level up in every sense—musically, lyrically, and visually. This was our first time recording outside the UK, and doing it in LA with Josh Wilbur was fun and refreshing. He’s worked with some of the biggest names in metal, and his approach pushed us to challenge new heights. The production, the songwriting, the videos—everything about this record is bigger, heavier, and more refined."

In line with the level up of the next record, Malevolence has confirmed touring plans in support of the pending release. Set for October and November of this year, the band will take on their biggest headlining run in the EU/UK to date with the 'Where Only the Truth Is Spoken' Tour. The trek kicks off in Toulouse, France on October 27th and concludes with a play at London's O2 Academy Brixton on November 11th.

En route to the release of Where Only the Truth Is Spoken, Malevolence continue to boost their rep as road dogs. The band is currently closed out the remaining dates of their US tour with Counterparts. Next, the band will trek to Australia for a mammoth tour supporting Alpha Wolf through the month of May.
