Ahead of the launch of her Constantly Nowhere North American campaign set to begin next month, Poppy has again teamed with director Orie McGinness (Bad Omens) for another electric visual from her Empty Hands full length released on Sumerian earlier this year.
The music video for "Dying to Forget" features Poppy alongside collaborator and cohorts, Isaac Hale of Knocked Loose and Stephen Harrison of House Of Protection, each of who contributed to the song as writers on the album. The clip frames energized performances from the entire cast, with Poppy showcasing her versatility as a vocalist, shifting from big choruses to violent screams with fearless fluidity.
The North American leg of the Constantly Nowhere tour begins July 7th in Washington, DC and closes out August 19th in Nashville, TN. Along the way, Poppy will make scheduled festival appearances on July 17th at Upheaval Festival in Grand Rapids, MI. and Inkcarceration in Mansfield, OH., the same weekend. The tour features a walloping one-two of support with LANDMVRKS and Thousand Below riding out.
The run follows a successful Eu run that saw several sold out shows all in support of her latest full length, Empty Hands. A current list of confirmed tour dates can be found below. Get tickets - HERE
