Heavy music authority Metal Blade Records has announced their partnership with renowned artist Vince Locke to launch a collection of limited edition merch for legendary producer, songwriter and guitarist Erik Rutan. The proceeds from the merch will all go towards helping Rutan restore his St. Petersburg, Florida recording studio, Mana, which suffered severe damage during Hurricane Helene last year.
Since its 1999 opening, Mana Recording Studios has become the premiere destination for extreme music mastery. Under the production of Rutan, Mana has churned out a staggering collection of extreme music essentials, including vital albums from Cannibal Corpse, Goatwhore, Krisiun, Soilent Green, Madball, Tombs, Agnostic Front, Vital Remains, Belphegor, Rivers Of Nihil, Nile, Hate Eternal and many more.
Among the items including in the Vince Locke x Erik Rutan collection include the MANA RECORDING STUDIOS Snap Back Hat, a Vince Locke signed 11x17 Erik Rutan print, a MANA RECORDING STUDIOS T-Shirt and the Vince Locke x Rutan Design T-Shirt. The merch pays tribute to one of extreme music's most prolific contributors, as Rutan's legacy is solidified in not only his two decades of production, but his work as a songwriter and guitarist for the likes of Hate Eternal, Morbid Angel, and Cannibal Corpse.
