Set to return to The Rave/Eagles Ballroom just a little later on the calendar then recent years, the Milwaukee Metal Fest has confirmed June 5th through the 7th for their 2026 edition.

Following this year's installment which included three days of heavy music and culture with sets from Down, Chimaira, Black Label Society, Devin Townsend, Arch Enemy, GWAR, The Dillinger Escape Plan more, festival organizer and metal music ambassador Jamey Jasta explained why things are getting pushed back a bit for next year's gathering. 

"One of our headliners was only available on June 5th and we could not pass up the opportunity to have them at Milwaukee Metal Fest! It just so happened that another headliner also became available on the same weekend. Win win! Its gonna be the best weekend ever!"

Details on the line-up are expected to be revealed in the coming weeks but the artwork released today with the date change announcement is fueling speculation of who might be billed at the top. Stay tuned.
