With a little more than a month to go, Milwaukee Metal Fest continues to add to their already stacked roster of programming. Set for The Rave/Eagles Ballroom from June 5th though the 7th, the festival will feature headlining sets from Acid Bath, Killswitch Engage and Ministry along with highlight performances from Obituary, Power Trip, Napalm Death, Suicidal Tendencies, Machine Head, NAILS and so many more across the three-day congregation. 

The most recent announcement welcomes the return of domestic black metal cult champion, NACHTMYSTIUM for a pair of special performances as part of the festival programming. The band will perform Instinct: Decay in full on June 6th to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the release. June 7th the band will submit a career-spanning set, pulling double duty for the Milwaukee diehards. 

Milwaukee Metal Fest also also confirmed Emmure as the headliner for the June 4th pre-party along with JASTA AND FRIENDS, which features Jamey Jasta (HATEBREED), Trevor Peres (OBITUARY), and Devin Swank (SANGUISUGABOGG). The kickoff will feture supporting sets from BONGINATOR, GASKET, and TORN OPEN.

And if that weren't enough, Milwaukee Metal Fest has confirmeda very special guest of honor, welcoming legendary drummer and Howard Stern Show personality Richard Christy as the ceremonial guest of honor. From his work in Death, Iced Earth, Charred Walls of the Damned and Incantation to list a few, Christy's resume is legendary. 

Festival owner Jamey Jasta enthused over the recent addition, "Richard is one of the funniest, most beloved, and most talented people in all of heavy music and radio and he’s on OG MMF alum so it’s incredible that he will be attending and we couldn’t be more thrilled!”
