True underground legends, Los Angeles crossover kings EXCEL have revisited their long out-of-print 1995 release, Seeking Refuge, with a proper rollout via Southern Lord Records. Initially released during the height of grunge, the album sadly missed most fans' radar and has since become a lost treasure that shines bright nearly three decades later. With a guest spoke from punk royalty in H.R. of Bad Brains, the initial misfire of this record now adds to the lore of its greatness from the proven champions of crossover.

Spearheaded by brothers Takuya Mishima and Rict Mishima, Sable Hills begins their run on Arising Empire with the release of their third and most dynamic installment thus far, Odyssey. Combining anthemic metalcore with accents of melodic death metal, the Japanese outfit also incorporates their cultural identity via traditional instrumentation like the use of 13-string koto. Reminiscent of 2000's era heft, Sable Hills puts forth a strong showing as they approach the first decade of their evolution.

Comprise of members of Regulate, Candy and Naysayer, its impossible to dismiss the established credibility of hardcore collective, Trail of Lies. Coupled with the production of Andy Nelson, the band's latest full length Only The Strong is a vital addition of the Triple B catalog and a steadfast showing of hardcore pedigree.
