Cutting edge Aussie aggressors Northlane continue to mount an undeniable swell of momentum with the news of a comprehensive 2027 North American headlining tour. The confirmation follows the recent unveiling of their seventh full length album, Anemoia, along with a succession of effective singles including "Evian," "CUT_it" and "Crucified".

In support of the pending full length, Northlane will set out on a headlining run of AU/NZ dates as well as a supporting  EU/UK trek with Dayseeker to close the year before taking a brief pause and ramping up again in 2027.

The North American leg of the tour is set to begin February 12th in Sacramento, CA with dates across the U.S. and Canada. Along with support from Allt, Aviana, and Reliqa the run concludes in Portland, OR on March 15th. The series of headlining dates in the region follows a successful supporting run earlier this year that saw Northlane supporting Dayseeker to packed, enthusiastic crowds. 

Anemoia is due out October 30th and was executive produced by Jordan Fish. The project takes cues from UK producer and DJ Evian Christ. Following a revelatory live set, songwriter/guitarist Jon Deiley felt compelled to explore how best to bridge trance music with the band's own brand of electronic-accented metalcore. 

The arrival of Anemoia arrives as a fully independent release for Northlane and follows the success of the band's 2023 outing, Obsidian. Weaving elements of jungle, trance, pop, drum and bass, all along with Northlane's core heft and metallic DNA, album number seven strives to be the most ambitious effort from the band in their more than 15 year career.

Speaking to the themes of that anchor the album, Northlane's Marcus Bridge explains, “There's darkness here, but it's not nihilism - and there's hope, but it's not naivety. We weren't interested in writing a record that projects something beyond ourselves with a prophetic statement, or pretending the world is better than it is. What we made instead is something that feels like it was written by real people living through the same experience as everyone else.”
