Following the cryptic unveiling of an online horror point-and-click game steering fans to LostInThisMaze.com, the creative synergy of Jami Morgan and Eric “Shade” Balderose of Code Orange has commenced a new era in NOWHERE2RUN. 

The tandem will release their next EP, What Did You Do? on October 31st via their own label, NOWHERE RECORDINGS. The next iteration of NOWHERE2RUN follows the 2024 launch of the duo's Slivering the Senses EP which bridged elements of industrial, electronic and hip hop executed with the duo's collective hardcore DNA.  Bolstered by guest features from the likes of Loathe, Siiickbrain and Alejandro Aranda - better known as Scarypoolparty - NOWHERE2RUN went from passion project to primary focus. 

With the launch of What Did You Do?, Morgan and Balderose expand their sonic universe further exploring terrain that intersects rock and electronic. Introducing the next phase of NOWHERE2RUN, "Motives" serves as the first single and showcases a full embrace of an electronic pulse. Combine with Mrogan's vocal command out front, the track is an emphatic reminder of the duo's dominant stance as sound architects and songwriters. 

Jami Morgan shared of the next EP, “It felt like the right time to lower the mask and reveal a little bit of NOWHERE2RUNS identity as artists. We constructed this project through the lens of a mystery, something very dark and tech noir ish. It feels like an appropriate way to start to tell the story of where we are at and where we have been.“

Along with the unveiling of the first single, the tracklisting for What Did You Do? reveals an impressive, diverse list of collaborators. The EP will include guest assists from H09909, Kamiyada, Backxwash, Lecx Stacy, Sadistik, and Erex - adding to the multi-facted approach to heavy music embraced by Morgan and Balderose. 

Coinciding with the release of the new EP, NOWHERE2RUN has confirmed a succession of dates of their immersive BLOODRAVE. The immersive, mulitmedia sensory overload touches down in cities across the US this fall and winter. The itinerary includes a Halloween release day event at Spirit in Pittsburgh, PA. NOWHERE2RUN first launched the party series last year, framing NOWHERE2RUN’s creative world.
