It would be tough to argue that Outbreak Fest is anything but the gold standard in hardcore. While organizers have done well in expanding the range of the fest with artists adjacent to hardcore, there is a keen sense of knowing what works with the Outbreak audience that resonates with every line-up produced by the team.
2025 however, is the ultimate.
Set for June 14th and 15th at the fest's home in Manchester’s BEC Arena, the top line of the first wave of confirmed artists for Outbreak 2025 will feature Knocked Loose - marking the band's return from their celebrated 2022 appearance. Additionally, Outbreak welcomes shoegaze veterans Slowdive and indie sensation Alex G. - asserting a diverse field of headliners.
Getting the bread and butter of the fest, the stage will be prime for diving with sets from Spy, Jesus Piece, Sunami, God's Hate, Pain of Truth, Impunity, Gouge Away and Speed among the harder-hitting highlights for 2025. Outbreak will also feature standout sets from Sunny Day Real Estate, Deafheaven, Militarie Gun, Drug Church and Fleshwater - showcasing a broad range of talent that spans subgenre and generations of fans.
Hip Hop will also be in focus for Outbreak 2025 - an element which has been integrated more in recent years for the fest. Among the featured artists confirmed include heavyweights like Danny Brown and Denzel Curry - the latter of which headlined the festival in 2023.
Additionally, Outbreak Fest is set to announce more artists as well as a London specific show set for June 13th, 2025. Tickets are ste to go on sale November 28th at 10am local time.
