Long Island hardcore breakouts Pain of Truth continue their charge towards the September 25th arrival of their self-titled LP via DAZE. The Will Putney-produced effort has been previewed thus far by a pair of effective, eruptive singles in "Unforgiven" and "Stranded," becoming one of the most anticipated hardcore releases on the year.
Delivering another dominant showing, Pain of truth has shared "Fed By Fear," a bouncy metallic hardcore heater that showcases the band's dynamic brand of sonic dominance. Led by the convincing vocal call of Michael Brian Smith, the track offers another powerful preview of the pending LP.
In support of the self-titled LP, Pain of Truth has also confirmed a sprawling run of headlining tour dates, marking the arrival of the new album. The comprehensive tour includes an appearance at Thrasher Magazine's Death Match in the California desert next week, followed shortly by a run of Japan.
The band begins a North American run October 14th in Montreal, QC and spans some 31-dates where the trek concludes with a no barricade event at Brooklyn Steel in Brooklyn, NY on November 21st.
The tour also includes a deep rotation of support spanning legends to emerging forces. Among the confirmed bands taking on select dates of the tour, Madball, 100 Demons, Killing Time, Rotting Out, Missing Link and Shattered Realm have all committed. The tour will also feature sets from Locked Shut, Contention, Fatal Realm, Mizery, Killing Pace and xForever Warx.
