Following the acclaim of the band's recent sold-out black-tie performance at the Sydney Opera House, Australia's metal champions Parkway Drive have reasserted their unique ambition with the announcement of the inaugural Park Waves Festival. A first for Australia, the 11-date caravan will feature a line-up headlined and curated by Parkway Drive, which touts some of the region's biggest names in heavy music. 

Park Waves Festival will launch February 14th at Langley Park in Perth before steering towards Adelaide, Geelong, Scoresby, Bendigo, Wollongong, Sydney, Maitland, Toowoomba along with a hometown set Parkway Drive in Byron Bay. The festival will close out March 15th on the Sunshine Coast.

Showcasing a study assembly of the country's biggest names in heavy music, Park Waves will feature supporting sets from, The Amity Affliction, Northlane and Alphawolf along with special guests Story of the Year and many more to still be announced. Park Waves Festival also marks the first time ever in their storied careers that Parkway Drive and The Amity Affliction have toured together - marking an important first for the region. 

Speaking on the inception of the Aussie-focused fest, Parkway Dirve's Winston McCall shared, “The vision for this is the biggest undertaking in Parkway’s history.  A traveling festival run by the band, for the fans. It’s a massive deal for us, so we wanted to make it special. Not only is the line up stacked, for the first time on home soil, we’ll be bringing the iconic and unstoppable - The Amity Affliction. Parkway, Amity, Australia. It’s never been bigger. This is the full festival experience, a day to enjoy, connect and get wild. We can’t wait to see you there."
