Currently touring the U.S. with Bane in support of their recently released masterclass, Bring On The Psychics, post-hardcore heroes Quicksand have added to their llive itinerary with the news of a Canadian co-headlining run opposite perennial punks, Fucked Up.
The tour expands Quicksand's live run in celebration of their first full length album in more than five years and their Equal Vision Records debut. Working with producer Jon Markson (Drug Church, Drain), Bring On The Psychics, ambitiously sets out to combine Quicksand's vintage heavy sound with their more progressive, experimental range as veteran songwriters.
“I'm really psyched to play these songs live,” explained frontman Walter Schreifels. “I feel really fortunate to still be playing music with these guys and be able to take it to different places.”
The Canadian stretch is set to begin September 22nd at Capital Ballroom in Victoria, BC and close out with a set in Ottawa, ON on October 4th. A current list of dates and cities be found below.
