Completing the second half of the ambitious double album campaign that began with the launch of Antibloom earlier this year, post-hardcore stalwarts Silverstein have set the arrival date for their formative second act with Pink Moon

Set for a September 12th due date via UNFD, the second half of 16-song presentation completes the arc of the band's creative retreat to the California desert. Bolstered by a massive collaborative track with Rory Rodriguez of Dayseeker and Cassadee Pope, the album is a testament to the band's continued artistry and evergreen relevance.

Introducing the second half in Pink Moon, Silverstein have shared an emphatic first single in "Negative Space". A musical kindred spirit to "Don't Let Me Get Too Low" from Antibloom, the track corrals high energy and effective hooks in what amounts to a forceful first outing.

Frontman Shane Told spoke of the single. “This song really has it all. Tons of energy, raw power, a big hook, and a massively heavy breakdown. I also love the lyrics and the photography imagery. On top of it, the video was super fun to make and I think might be our best video as well. So needless to say, I am SUPER excited for people to hear this one. The video is the companion piece and sequel to “Don’t Let Me Get Too Low”. The songs were written together over 2 days with our friend Jon Lundin (Point North) and it completes the story of myself playing a madman burying himself in the Las Vegas desert.”

Guitarist Paul Marc Rousseau also weighed in. “I think the coolest thing about ‘Negative Space’ is how off-balance it makes me feel. It’s almost like it’s slightly too fast so it’s always trying to catch up to itself. That, combined with the fact that it’s always switching vibes and using contrasting tones makes for a really interesting 3 minutes."

Coinciding with the band's double album campaign, Silverstein has been out on the road on the 25 Years of Noise Tour - celebrating the band's generation span and celebrated catalog. The next leg of the run revisited North America, this time supported by Real Friends, Broadside and Greyhaven. A list of dates can be found below along with the band's scheduled appearances at the Vans Warped Tour.
