Among two of the biggest names in contemporary hardcore, Scowl and Sunami have announced plans for a pair of coastal co-headlining dates, taking on plays in Los Angeles and in New York later this fall. On October 22nd, Scowl and Sunami share top billing for a set at the Hollywood Palladium along with support from Big Boy, Midrift, Nuovo Testamento, and Whispers.
Adding to an already significant co-headlining endeavor, the two bands will again link up in New York on November 7th at the Knockdown Center, this time with support from One Step Closer and Whispers.
For Sunami, the band is out in support of their current split with Pain of Truth in Coast to Coast which arrived earlier this spring. As for Scowl, the band made their debut on Dead Oceans in April, delivering their acclaimed album, Are We All Angels. Both bands have a slate of live dates that include several festival appearances ranging from the Vans Warped Tour, Aftershock, CBGB Festival and When We Were Young. Tickets for the coastal co-headlining dates featuring Sunami and Scowl go on sale July 18th at 10am local time.
