The tandem of vocalist Mattia Di Paolo and guitarist Giuliano ‘Jules’ Luongo continue to achieve new strides as one of rock's fresh, emerging voices. Late last year, the pair as Comatastic officially began their campaign via Hopeless Records.

Launching a succession of impactful singles in "Self Sabotage," ZORRO" and their recent collaboration with labelmates Melrose Avenue in "24Seven," the Los Angeles-by-way-of-Zurich duo combine pristine production with dynamic songwriting to craft a brand that is equal parts catchy and convincing. 

Further underscoring Comatastic's energized take on modern emo, the band have shared their latest single via Hopeless Records with "SUNBURN IN THE SUMMER". Fusing slick guitars, swift song dynamics and the kind of hook that is impossible to not singalong, Comatastic continue their winning streak. 

The band shared of the new track, "SUNBURN IN THE SUMMER" is about the breaking point you hit when you’re stuck in something that’s been draining you for way too long. Whether it’s a friendship, a situation, or just a version of yourself you’ve outgrown. It’s that mix of anger, exhaustion, and finally deciding you’d rather deal with a little pain than keep holding on to something that’s already gone. It’s about cutting ties, burning bridges, and choosing your own peace… even if it stings a little at first.

Capping what has been a productive year for the pair, Comatastic will head out on the road for a EU/UK tour with Melrose Avenue this November. A list of dates and cities can be found below - most of which have already sold out.
