Wasting little time getting back to the business of brave songwriting , The Callous Daoboys have return with their first offering of new music since their acclaimed 2025 full length, I Don’t Want to See You In Heaven

On brand with the band's, feral, controlled chaos in composition, "Gigantic Parasite Tongue" collides genre, executes tempo changes and packages explosive energy into a four-minute masterclass that has become the calling card of the Callous Daopboys.

Paired with an unsettling new music video directed by Sam Hahn, the clip frames a modern angel, kidnapped and held against his will as evil forces attempt to rip his wings from his body in an attempt to steal his otherworldly divinity. The clip, combined with the frenetic urgency of the single, make for combined presentation that both powerful and provocative.

As for comment on the song, the band's frontman Carson Pace confidently shared, “This song is going to change the world.” Dan Hodsdon decided to point to the band's influences as reference. “Meshuggah playing Future Breed Machine live at Download 2005.”

The lnewest single from The Callous Daoboys lands as the band prepare for a lengthy stretch of live dates in 2026. The band begins with a run of North American supporting  Arm’s Length starting next month. The Daoboys then take on Europe for summer headlining and festival dates, followed by a supporting run with Enter Shikari later this fall. See the list of dates below.
