Revisiting the lighting in bottle captured last year with the release of their collaboration with EDM titans Excision and Wooli, The Devil Wears Prada have retooled the single, "Reasons" with a fresh studio version of the track.
For the latest rendition, TDWP tapped LØLØ for a guest assist, breathing new life into the track a year after it's initial release. The band explained their reasoning for reconfiguring the track. "When we made 'Reasons' with Excision and Wooli, we knew we had to play it live because the energy was just so high," the band explains. "We revamped the song to work in a TDWP set, and it went off so well that we decided to hit the studio and capture this new live version of the song."
The band continued, "Bringing in the amazingly talented LØLØ as a feature has breathed even more life into the song, resulting in a song that defies genre and captures the spirit of how the song feels in a full room going absolutely nuts. We know that our fans will enjoy this version of 'Reasons' as much as we love playing it every night."
The track lands as the band prep for a run oif summer shows, recently following a celebrated European run supporting Landmvrks. In the coming weeks, TDWP will set out for a run of performances in Australia and have confirmed sets at Furnace Fest, Is For Lovers Fest and When We Were Young 2024 in Las Vegas later this year.
