The latest track from their ninth full length, Flowers, features performance footage from the band's recent Latin American touring stretch.

Just last month, metalcore heroes The Devil Wears Prada issued the confirmation of their ninth full length album, Flowers.

Asserting a reinvigorated excitement, the news of the pending full length followed the band's recent triumph on the Summer of Loud tour along with I Prevail, Parkway Drive, Killswitch Engage and Beartooth. Delivering highlight sets on each night of the tour, The Devil Wears Prada continued to assert their rank as one of post-hardcore's hardest-working, ever-evolving units.

Introducing their November 14th release via Solid State Records, The Devil Wears Prada also unveiled an amitious double single twith  "Where the Flowers Never Grow" and "Wave." The powerful, poignant performance underscores the band's expanding  songwriting capacity, combined with their always articulate approach to aggressive music. Strengthened by previous previews with strong showings like "For You," the significance of album nine for The Devil Wears Prada suggests the band has achieved a new artistic peak.

Presenting another compelling preview of the album, The Devil Wears Prada has released the anthemic, "So Low". Paired with an engaging music video that revisits the band's recent Latin American tour, the footage captures the effectiveness of their live show and the strong connection the band maintains with their most ardent supporters.

Frontman Mike Hranica spoke about the music video and how the clip resonates with him aesthetically. "I love that we are able to capture Latin American cityscapes and habitation. It was a long time in the works to head back to places we hadn't been in a long time, and I think it adds something extra to the aesthetic of 'So Low.' Visuals that we've never incorporated, different than what's often seen stateside — all in all, it's a nod to our loyal listeners across Mexico and South America."

As for the track, The Devil Wears Prada continue to churn out well-constructed heft that taps into something visceral. Hranica went onto share how the newest single is all about cultivating emotional connection, even if it means being destructive in the process. "To me, 'So Low' is almost fighting the mundane, when everything feels flat or meaningless. You just want to set it all on fire and blow it up to get a reaction. It's about chasing that rush, even if it leaves you feeling worse in the end. The song comes from that place of frustration, when you're desperate to feel alive no matter the cost."

Previously sharing his thoughts on the album, guitarist Jeremy DePoyster explained how the latest full length is indicative of TDWP at full strength. "Flowers is 20 years into a journey. The highs, the lows, a reckoning with what it means be a human catapulting through the chaos that life throws at us continually. This is us at our peak, in songwriting, in raw and authentic lyricism and introspection, and a desperate attempt to connect with anyone else who feels the same way that we do."

Further solidifying their reputation as one of hardest working bands in the game, TDWP have a healthy amount of international tour dates, including stops in Australia with Bullet For My Valentine, headlining dates in South Africa and a European run with Ice Nine Kills and Creeper. TDWP will also appear at Warped Tour in Orlando on November 15-16. Get a list of dates and cities - HERE
