Hunnu Rock trailblazers The HU have confirmed the July 24th arrival of their third full length studio album, HUN. Framing the rich tradition, lore and instrumentation of Mongolia, the band's definitive sound is amplified by their enthralling performance, crafting a unique soundscape that only The Hu can achieve. 

For the album's latest offering, The Hu recruited Jonny Hawkins of rock firebrand, Nothing More, for the anthemic single, "Lost Soul." Pairing Hawkins' soaring vocal delivery with The HU's epic composition, the track offers a powerful glimpse of the force of HUN - the most focused version of The Hu yet. 

The arrival of "Lost Soul" follows the effective succession of singles thus far with entries like "Warrior Chant," "The Men" and "The Real You" effectively setting the stage for the album's official confirmation. 

The HU's Galaa shared, "We have been unpacking our surprises one by one. Hunnu Rock transcends through culture and in that respect, we have made 'Lost Soul' with Jonny Hawkins. To be not lost on your life journey, not losing your values, and go through life and having a courage to face the life obstacles are messages we are sending our fans through this song 'Lost Soul' and in our next album, HUN."

Jonny Hawkins also shared his excitement in contributing to such a unique effort, "I am so excited to team up with a band as committed to their craft as The Hu. It's unlike anything I've done before."

Speaking to the greater picture of HUN, the band also expressed how the new album is the start of the band's next iteration, one that encompasses the full presentation - both on record and onstage. 

"We took our time to do this right, and we're so glad that we're almost ready to release what we have worked on these past few years," the band says. "Now, we are also focusing on the performances and working out a brand-new setlist. We want to play bigger venues so we can do extensive production, and bring in some amazing elements of our culture, and play these ideas to our fans. And, as well as our third album, we have some amazing ideas for another album already!"

The HU will spend the remainder of 2026 on the road. The band is currently out with Apocalyptica and will resume their summer run with Marilyn Mason and Rob Zombie before heading to Europe of a lengthy October run with SKALD. A compete list of dates and cities can be found below.
