Just weeks away from the arrival of their new EP, blue transitions, dropping November 14th via FLG, UK prospects The Hunna have served up another infectious preview from the project. The latest in a series of potent singles that began spreading this summer, "clouds" is a masterful show of sleek songwriting and pairing sincere emotion and contagious energy.
The track follows the rollout backed by the singles "hide & seek," "bloom" and "tough love" all of which assert the versatility of the alternative rock progressive operating at their peak.
The band commented on the latest single and how it presents balance on the EP. "'clouds' was a moment to allow us to dive into a heavier side of the EP. Lyrically, an emotionally mature, wiser outlook to the “bad” things that had happened & reframing them in a positive light. Being able to step back and see those harder moments actually as gateways to what’s meant to be for personal growth & development. This song holds a feeling of faith - lyrically & musically - on the verses, and it created a kind of flowing atmosphere signifying an air of ease about it all."
Along with the band's blue transitions EP, marking The Hunna's proper return following the 2022 self-titled LP, the band are gearing up for a productive end-of-year run with a stretch of supporting dates with Palaye Royale. Immediately following the supporting dates, The Hunna will set out on their own headlining stops throughout the UK. The run will conclude with a play at the Electric Ballroom in London on November 25th. See a complete list of dates and cities below.
